Warranty Claim Process
- Customer Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs when sending the device to us for warranty assessment.
- Device Evaluation: Upon receiving the device, our team will inspect it for eligibility under the warranty terms.
- Important: If any malpractice, tampering, or unauthorized repair is detected, we reserve the right to retain the device.
- In such cases, customers may choose to pay return shipping fees if they wish to have the device sent back.
